Skyline Construction announced today the acquisition of San Diego-based Prevost Construction, a major step in the construction company’s expansion plan. With this acquisition, Skyline strengthens its position as the leading commercial interior general contractor with nine offices located throughout the country.
Prevost Construction, a leader in the Southern California construction industry for over 30 years, is known for building complex and technical life science facilities throughout the greater San Diego area. President Jamie Prevost remains at the helm and will continue to manage all day-to-day business operations.
Skyline sought out a partnership with Prevost Construction due to the firm’s extensive life science portfolio and expertise. Their experience and relationships in this space complement Skyline’s life science practice and the company’s desire to scale this service to customers more broadly throughout Northern and Southern California, Washington and Illinois.
